Place of work - Tbilisi, Georgia Responsibilities: Work with clients to identify project needs and document requirements. Design Plumbing systems including sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water distribution systems, and treated water systems. Design and select fire-fighting systems and equipment Complete Plumbing calculations including water supply, drainage, storm, and equipment sizes. Prepare technical specifications and bill of quantities for Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems. Conducting site visits periodically to ongoing execution projects to check installation quality and progress. Supervise CAD drafters by assigning work, answering questions and checking work for accuracy. Education and qualification: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. Work experience: 3+ years experience as MEP Designer (plumbing, firefighting, HVAC) Have experience using AutoCAD to draw system plans. (Knowledge of Revit will be plus); Knowledge of international plumbing and fire codes. (EN , BS , NFPA etc ). Languages: Verbal and written skills in English
