Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional product and sales teams to understand requirements and translate AI capabilities into scalable technical solutions. Develop and maintain scalable and reliable backend services using Python, with a focus on LLM integration. Craft and document clear, efficient HTTP APIs for internal and external use, ensuring seamless data flow between LLM technologies and frontend applications. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing automation and efficient deployment of LLM-powered features. Monitor and improve system performance, proactively addressing issues to maintain service quality. Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of AI/ML advancements, applying new knowledge to enhance LLM prompting capabilities and backend service performance. Requirements: Fluent English - you should be able to communicate with team members freely. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field. 2-4 years of experience as a Backend Engineer. Strong experience in backend development with Python and a solid understanding of software architecture principles. Demonstrated expertise in LLM prompting, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Proficiency in API design and development, with experience in integrating AI/ML services. Knowledge of database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB) and experience in ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval in AI-driven applications. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, along with experience in deploying and managing cloud-native applications. Experience using collaborative development best practices (Git, Agile, Kanban, review processes, CI/CD pipelines). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and improve service functionality. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical team members. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies. Nice to have: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related tools. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of security best practices for cloud deployments.
