В связи с расширением отдела Affiliate Accounting маркетинга мы приглашаем в команду Junior Quality Manager, который будет отвечать за анализ данных и предоставление аналитических отчетов, а также проверки чатов и выставление оценок по инструкции. От тебя мы ожидаем: - Опыт работы Quality Manager от 6 месяцев;- Опыт оценки чатов в Telegram каналах или других каналах связи;- Навыки обработки и анализа данных;- Навыки ведения аналитики и отчетности по своей работе;- Работать в режиме многозадачности и быть внимательным к деталям. Твоими обязанностями будет: - Проверять чаты Affiliate менеджеров, выставлять оценки по инструкции;- Анализ данных и предоставление аналитических отчетов;- Работа с системами тикетов и средствами связи с клиентами, такими как чат, электронная почта и т. д.;- Взаимодействие с Affiliate менеджерами для улучшения качества обслуживания партнеров. Administration of corporate servers: Linux and Windows, configuration, troubleshooting Network configuration, troubleshooting Administration of virtualization systems (Hyper-V, ESXi) Building fault-tolerant systems.
