The successful candidate will be leading our digital consulting practice, providing top-tier consultation services, and driving practice development.Key Responsibilities:Leverage your deep consulting skills to provide high-level consultation services and be responsible for the expansion of our consulting practice in Azerbaijan.Develop and optimize digital channels, including customer acquisition and digital marketing strategies.Design and implement digital transformation programs, and lead the creation and development of mobile banking strategies.Engage with senior management, present findings and strategies, and work collaboratively with internal and external teams.Drive the growth VCA, encouraging a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. If you're an experienced professional with a passion for digital transformation and practice development, we'd love to hear from you.Qualifications 4y experience in management consulting, preferably from one of the top three consulting firms.At least 2y of solid experience in the digital field, preferably within a top-tier bank, Fintech, or financial services consulting firm.Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.Outstanding project management skills.Fluent in English and Russian. Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Turkish, or Ukrainian is a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
